A Message from Jason

    Dear Friend,

I started investing in real estate right out of college and I had no clue in the world what I was doing. But, I knew I had a passion for this business. I was so naive that I actually paid retail (it's painful for me to admit) for my first two properties.

Shortly after that, I had one of the worst years of my life! My wife left me and my mother died of cancer. These tragic events made me realize that life is too short not to follow your dreams. I never wanted to work a 9-5 job for my entire career. First of all, I know far too many people who are a slave to their J-O-B. They end up working their life away and never really enjoy the fruits of their labor. Plus there's no guarantee that we'll all live to retirement. I just didn't want to waste my life working to make someone else rich.

So, I got to work. I quickly began reading every real estate book that I could get my hands on. I turned my car into a traveling university (something I highly recommend) listening to real estate CD's and attending real estate conferences. I quickly gained confidence and knowledge and my business took off, utilizing various no-money down techniques.

I have purchased millions of dollars worth of real estate, I am the founder of National Real Estate Investor Month and I've been interviewed by various media organizations ranging from MSNBC.com to Consumer's Digest.

Now I am dedicating my life to helping others succeed in this business. I'm an Eagle Scout and I believe in operating under the highest ethical and legal standards. I know that by helping others and always doing the right thing, that it will come back to me ten fold. After all, we reap what we sow. And I want to sow a seed of success in whoever is ready, willing, and dedicated to achieving their dreams through real estate.
